Kingfisher Recruiting seeks a Production Supervisor for its bakery operation, overseeing 15–25 staff across first, second, and third shifts. The role is hands-on, with a clear path for growth within an established supervisory team and strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You will lead daily activities, coach staff, ensure food safety and sanitation, and partner with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.

Formación

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
