Job summary

KLA Industries, Inc. is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This full-time, on-site role spans first, second, and third shifts.

You will lead a team of 15–25 production employees, coach and develop staff, maintain food safety and quality standards, monitor performance, and partner with maintenance and quality to resolve issues and hit production goals. Opportunities for professional growth exist within an established supervisory team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading employees in manufacturing or production settings.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and develop staff while maintaining accountability.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
