Job summary
Top Echelon Software, LLC. is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This full-time, on-site role offers multiple shifts and manages a team of about 15–25 employees to deliver safe, high‑quality products while achieving production goals.
You will lead daily production activities, coach staff, and ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. The role emphasizes teamwork with maintenance and quality teams and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Food manufacturing supervision experience; bakery/frozen foods preferred.
- Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and drive accountability.
- Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work assigned shift and support scheduling needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
- Coach and develop employees; set clear expectations.
- Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety.
- Monitor production performance; address downtime and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
- Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
