Job summary
Top Echelon Software, LLC. is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. The role covers first, second, and third shifts with hands-on leadership over a team of 15–25 employees.
You will lead daily production activities, coach staff, and ensure food safety, quality, and efficiency while collaborating with maintenance and QA. A clear path for growth is provided within an established supervisory team.
Qualifications
- Experience leading production staff in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods preferred.
- Proven ability to manage performance and accountability.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
- Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
- Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
- Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
- Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
