Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Food Science; strong technical foundation.
• Green Belt certification is optional but beneficial.
• 8+ years of progressive industry experience in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated strong statistical, modeling, and simulation skills.

Responsibilities

• Bench-top, pilot-scale, and plant-scale process development activities in partnership with R&D and Engineering.
• Project management with ability to handle multiple complex projects, budgets, risks, and timelines.
• Collaborate globally with R&D, BD and QA to deploy robust processes across Mondelēz Clif factories.
• Mentor junior process and quality engineers to foster process innovation and continuous improvement.
