Job summary

Mondelez International Naperville, IL seeks an Technical Innovation Manager to lead RDQ activities for process design and deployment across geographies, delivering consumer-centric specifications and optimizing costs. You will drive modelling, simulations, and scale-up with GMP/HACCP compliance while coordinating with marketing and manufacturing teams.

You will mentor teams, manage stakeholders, and leverage external partners to accelerate innovation and ensure robust process performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in process development and deployment in an FMCG environment.
• Ability to lead project teams and influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong planning and prioritization across multiple initiatives.
• Identify complex technical or business problems and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical work across multiple projects aligned with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements.
• Communicate status and risks to stakeholders.
• Generate process information using modelling and simulation; lead pilot plant scale up and factory trials per GMP and HACCP.
• Manage resources effectively, including external agencies, to deliver consumer-centric process specifications.
