- Project management skills with ability to handle multiple complex projects and budgets.
- Experience in TRL/TRAM reviews, site visits, oven assessments, SATs/FATs.
- Understanding of statistical modeling and simulation tools.
- Ability to mentor and develop technical talent.
Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize and specify processes delivering consumer benefit and cost savings.
- Define objectives, approach, plans, deliverables and timelines; manage to budget and schedule.
- Lead oven design and related process technologies; share best practices and mentor junior engineers.
