Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Senior Technical Oven Lead to align with global/regional Engineering agendas and drive process deployment for waste reduction, efficiency gains, and growth projects across Mondelez factories, focusing on delivering the best consumer experience.

You will lead oven design and related process technologies, develop objectives and plans, mentor staff, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while collaborating across business units.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Food Science, plus 7 years of industry experience.
• Willingness to travel 70% to internal and external sites.
• Ability to work in hot environments and follow GMPs and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop objectives, technical approach, project plans, deliverables, and timelines to deliver solutions on time and on budget.
• Lead oven design and related process technologies; share best practices and mentor junior talent.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and influence technical direction for business benefit.
• Travel to various internal and external manufacturing sites (70% travel).
• Support development, optimization and specification of processes delivering consumer benefits and cost savings.
