Mondelēz International in Indianapolis is seeking an exceptional Technical Lead for our bakery, a pivotal member of the plant's leadership team. This role requires a strong technical background and proven leadership to drive innovation, new technology implementation and operational excellence.

You will lead process development, ALQ/CQV activities, mentor engineers, and partner across R&D, engineering and quality to deliver waste reduction, efficiency gains and cost savings on a 65% on-site

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Food Science
• 8+ years manufacturing experience
