You will lead oven-related technology, mentor staff, and collaborate across global teams to deliver measurable results.

The role requires a BS in Engineering or Food Science and about 7 years of industry experience.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or Food Science required.
7 years of industry experience required.
Standard PPE (steel toe slip resistant shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection).
Standard GMPs Required.
Standing, walking, climbing stairs; working in hot environments.

Responsibilities

Develop, optimize and specify processes delivering consumer benefit through new products, quality improvements and cost savings opportunities.
Develop project objectives, technical approach, plans, deliverables and timelines; manage them on time and on budget with stakeholder updates.
Lead oven design and related process technologies; evolve technical best practices and share knowledge across teams.
Mentor junior talent and drive technical development of future leaders.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver process innovations and renovations; influence technical direction for business benefit.
