Qualifications
- Technical qualification in Food Technology, Bakery, Pastry, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in related positions.
- Pastry Technician with Hospitality experience.
- Preparation of bakery, pastry, and chocolate products
- Technical presentations and demonstrations
- Knowledge of machinery and safe handling.
- Bakery and pastry theory.
- Food technology.
- Health legislation and regulations.
- Curiosity about digital tools, data, and AI.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice to customers on bakery, pastry, and chocolate products.
- Train customers with courses and demonstrations at facilities.
- Conduct product trials requested by R&D.
- Deliver training for the Commercial area.
- Report unsafe conditions and maintain risk prevention.
