Lesaffre’s Baking Division is seeking a Technical Services Manager to support customers with expert implementation, quality control, and technical services, driving growth while upholding safety and clear communication with clients globally.

The role requires a high school diploma with formal baking training, 5+ years of baking experience, and the ability to travel across North America. Collaboration with sales and production teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with formal baking training.
• 5+ years of practical baking industry experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% across North America (passport/VISA required).
• Weekend and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and services to new and existing accounts; assist sales team in gaining new business and maintaining client relationships.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of product application and line extension projects.
• Conduct field evaluations and provide recommendations for product improvements.
• Communicate technical information through reports and database inputs.
• Attend trade shows, summits, and continuing education to share insights; provide technical training and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify market opportunities and make recommendations for new product development.
