Job summary

Sodexo at Liberty University is seeking a Senior Baker to lead bakery production on campus and deliver delicious baked goods with customer service at the heart of every task.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and at least 3 years of related experience, with responsibilities including portioning, inventory control, and cost management while maintaining safety and quality in a flexible, benefits-rich environment.

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Baker at Sodexo, you are also a team player and food waste reducer. You’ll prepare and create delicious baked goods while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and/or supervise daily production of baked goods; participate in costing and ordering related to bakery items/ products/ menu
• Insure portion and inventory control
• Produce pastry/ dessert for the account within budgetary guidelines as directed.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
