RCT Systems seeks a Senior Software Developer‑SME to contribute to a large, multi-disciplinary technical program supporting sponsor web-based applications. Work will focus on backend services within a full-stack role, collaborating with DevOps, security, systems, and data engineers.

Requirements include 6–10 years of backend-focused development, Java expertise, and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph. On-site core hours 9 AM–3 PM, 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Backend-focused software development experience (6–10 years) with Java.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
• BS in IT or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and web services.
• Collaborate with large cross-functional teams (DevOps, security, systems, data).
• Be part of a one-week on-call rotation after onboarding.
