Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend-focused software engineering experience with Node.js.
• Experience designing and versioning REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Strong MongoDB schema design and performance tuning.
• Frontend experience with Angular, React or React Native.
• Familiar with GCP deployments and debugging production issues.
• Experience with two-sided marketplaces or fulfillment platforms.
• AI-assisted development tools experience encouraged.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into actionable tasks and own end-to-end delivery to production.
• Build resilient Node.js services and APIs powering workflows.
• Architect MongoDB schemas and optimize performance at scale.
• Integrate third-party services (payments, mapping, SMS, CRM).
• Contribute to frontend features in React, React Native, and Angular when needed.
• Participate in design reviews and promote AI-assisted development across the lifecycle.
