Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend software engineering experience, including production services
• Experience in regulated/compliance-heavy environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST) with access-control and audit-logging discipline
• Ability to pick up new frameworks/tools quickly and reason about systems

Responsibilities

• Develop new features across Node.js/TypeScript backend services
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability
• Collaborate with frontend developers and product designers to improve usability
• Write robust, maintainable, well-documented code
• Maintain and enhance existing applications
• Conduct performance tests and ensure cross-platform stability
