Qualifications

• 5+ years building distributed backend systems in production.
• Proficiency building system prompts and utilizing AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB or comparable document stores.
• Track record of leading technical work across a team.
• Experience with cloud-native deployment (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience building ETL/ELT workflows using Databricks.
• Domain-driven design and bounded context modeling.
• Healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) or EMR integrations.
• High-throughput, low-latency service design at scale.
• Event sourcing, CQRS, or other advanced event-driven patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design robust system prompts using LLM frameworks.
• Partner with product teams to automate workflows.
• Design and implement robust file-ingestion pipelines using Databricks.
• Own a domain or service area end-to-end, including its data model and integration contracts.
• Lead code reviews, set technical standards, and mentor engineers.
• Ensure test coverage, observability, and production health of services.
