Responsibilities

• Design robust system prompts using LLM frameworks.
• Partner with product teams and stakeholders to automate workflows.
• Design and implement robust data pipelines using Databricks.
• Own a domain or service end-to-end, including data model and contracts.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers; set technical standards.
• Ensure test coverage, observability, and production health.
