Qualifications

• 5+ years building distributed backend systems in production.
• Proficiency building system prompts and AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with document stores like MongoDB.
• Track record of leading technical work across a team.
• Experience with cloud-native deployment (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design robust system prompts using AI frameworks.
• Partner with product teams to automate workflows.
• Build robust Databricks ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Own a domain end-to-end, including its data model and contracts.
• Lead code reviews and set technical standards.
• Ensure test coverage, observability, and production health.
