Qualifications

5+ years building distributed backend systems in production.
Proficiency in system prompts and AI frameworks.
Hands-on experience with MongoDB or comparable document stores.
Track record leading technical work across a team.
Experience with cloud-native deployment (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Responsibilities

Design robust system prompts using LLM frameworks.
Partner with product teams to automate workflows.
Design and implement robust file-ingestion pipelines using Databricks.
Own a domain or service end-to-end, including data model and integration contracts.
Lead code reviews, set technical standards, and mentor engineers.
Ensure test coverage, observability, and production health of services.
