Coinbase is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Backend for the Coinbase One team. You will own backend systems powering the membership lifecycle, including sign-up, payments, entitlement logic, and promotions for millions of customers.

You will collaborate with frontend, product, design and payments teams, drive architecture decisions, and improve reliability and performance across the backend stack while applying responsible AI to streamline workflows.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional backend software engineering experience shipping and operating production services at scale.
• Experience building subscription, payments, or commerce systems with recurring billing and entitlements.
• Proficiency in Go or a similar backend language with ability to adapt to a Go-centric codebase.
• Design and maintain APIs and distributed systems across web and mobile.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product and design partners.
• Responsible use of generative AI to improve workflows with human oversight.
