Qualifications

• Six+ years of backend engineering experience, with significant distributed systems work.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Go or Scala.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and NoSQL data stores.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale distributed backend systems in Java, Go, or Scala.
• Architect data partitioning, replication, and consistency strategies.
• Build resilient APIs and event-driven services with observability, idempotency, and graceful degradation.
