The ideal candidate has 6+ years of backend experience, strong knowledge of distributed systems, and hands-on work with Kafka and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). This full-time W2 position offers growth and high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in CS or related field.
• 6+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale distributed backend systems.
• Architect data partitioning, replication, and consistency.
• Build observable, resilient APIs and services.
• Drive reliability, performance, and cost optimizations.
• Mentor engineers and lead architecture reviews.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
