Job summary

Royper Royco LLC is seeking a Sr Backend Software Engineer I based in the United States to design, develop, and maintain cloud-based healthcare software solutions.

You will own backend initiatives, build containerized microservices with C#, .NET Core, and Helm, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, mentor junior engineers, and uphold HIPAA and data privacy standards while collaborating with partners in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years in cloud-based or web app development.
• Expert in C# and .NET Core for enterprise-grade apps.
• Experience with containerized microservices and CI/CD to Kubernetes (Helm).
• Proficiency with Docker for dev/test/deploy.
• Experience with SQL Server/MySQL and NoSQL (MongoDB/CosmosDB/Cassandra).
• Familiar with Azure and/or AWS.
• Knowledge of REST API design and software architecture.

Responsibilities

• Independently design, develop, modify, and test software components per standards.
• Translate requirements into detailed designs and plans.
• Build and maintain web apps and containerized microservices using C#, .NET Core, and best practices.
• Develop, run, and validate unit/integration tests (TDD).
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Kubernetes deployments (Helm).
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
