Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with Back End focus.
• 3+ years of Java fundamentals and Spring ecosystem experience.
• 3+ years of GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and microservices design.
• 3+ years of database design and optimization for relational/NoSQL.
• 2+ years of SDLC, Git, and CI/CD experience.
• 2+ years of code reviews and testing strategies.
• 2+ years of cloud-native development.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of scalable digital solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Write production-ready code and develop complex software components.
• Drive architecture decisions for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming.
• Champion testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and observability practices.
• Own QA process for complex features with unit/integration tests and reviews.
• Lead cross-functional discussions with product, operations, and clinical stakeholders.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and remove technical blockers.
• Create and maintain technical docs, runbooks, and architecture records.
• Identify opportunities for technical debt reduction and performance optimization.
