Qualifications

6+ years designing and building large-scale distributed backend systems.
Experience with API design, versioning, and building systems used by multiple teams.
Strong skills in at least one modern programming language and shipping production code.
Ability to reason about ambiguous, large-scale systems and communicate tradeoffs.
Demonstrated AI-first approach using AI tools to accelerate development.
Advanced prompt engineering skills and precise structured prompts.
Related technical degree.

Responsibilities

Design and build a core agent framework hosting many specialized capabilities and workflows.
Define contracts for reusable agent skills, focusing on API design and composability.
Build evaluation infrastructure to measure quality and catch regressions over time.
Help agents find the right records and context using catalogs and semantic search.
Deliver production-grade software using modern engineering practices with AI at the core.
Contribute to a shared system context enabling reliable AI operation.
Critically evaluate code for correctness, quality, security, and performance.
