Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Demonstrated AI-first approach to engineering.
• Experience using AI tools in active development workflows.
• Ability to design, iterate on, and test prompts for structured LLM outputs.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and AWS services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and container tech (Docker).

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production-grade software with AI as a core part of development workflow.
• Design and orchestrate systems where AI agents integrate into human workflows.
• Architect and maintain backend services integrating LLMs via external APIs.
• Evaluate code (human or AI-generated) for quality and security.
• Develop test automation and quality tooling for unit/CI tests.
