Qualifications

• Ability to reason clearly about ambiguous, large scale systems and communicate tradeoffs to a team.
• Demonstrated AI-first approach using AI tools to move faster and improve fluency across the stack.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills and ability to write precise, structured prompts for reliable outputs.
• Related technical degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and build a core backend framework that hosts multiple capabilities and integrates into human workflows.
• Define contracts for reusable agent skills with focus on API design, versioning, and composability.
• Build evaluation infrastructure to measure agent quality and catch regressions.
• Help agents find records and context using structured queries, catalogs, and semantic search.
• Deliver production-grade software with AI as a core development component, ensuring security and performance.
• Contribute to a shared system context documenting designs, constraints, and standards.
• Critically evaluate code (human or AI-generated) for correctness, security, and performance.
