Qualifications

• 5+ years building distributed backend systems in production.
• Experience with AI workflows and system prompts.
• Experience with MongoDB or similar document stores.

Responsibilities

• Design robust system prompts using LLM frameworks.
• Partner with product teams to automate workflows.
• Design and implement robust data pipelines using Databricks.
• Own a domain or service area end-to-end, including data model and contracts.
• Lead code reviews, set technical standards, mentor engineers.
• Ensure test coverage, observability, and production health of services.
