Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Coinbase Advisor team. You will own backend services powering advisor features and trading integrations to ensure fast, auditable execution.

You will develop the agentic harness, work on prompt engineering, and collaborate across product, design, and compliance to deliver reliable, scalable fintech software in a remote-first company.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend expertise with production services.
• Experience with API design, distributed systems, data modeling, testing and debugging.
• Experience building production LLM or agentic systems, including tool calling and orchestration.
• Ability to take ambiguous projects from zero to production with sound judgment.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Mansioni

• Own backend services powering Coinbase Advisor and Strategies from design to launch and operation.
• Build integrations with trading APIs for correct, auditable execution.
• Develop agentic harness including tool calling, orchestration, persistence, and recovery.
