Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with Back End
• 3+ years of Java fundamentals, Spring Boot & Spring ecosystem
• 3+ years of GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
• 3+ years of database design, development, and optimization (Relational & NoSQL)
• 2+ years of SDLC, Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines
• 2+ years of experience with code reviews and testing strategies
• 2+ years of cloud-native development and deployment patterns

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of scalable digital solutions aligned with technical strategy
• Write high-quality, production-ready code and implement core features
• Drive architecture decisions to ensure performance, security, and maintainability
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing
• Champion best practices: testing, CI/CD, observability and code quality
• Own QA process for complex features with unit/integration tests and debugging
• Lead cross-functional discussions with product, operations, and clinical stakeholders
• Contribute to sprint planning and remove technical blockers for the team
• Create and maintain technical documentation like designs and runbooks
• Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and optimize performance
• Stay current with emerging tech and mentor others
