Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an Insurance Business Analyst to join our Warren, New Jersey team. You will work with SMEs, stakeholders, product and tech teams to elaborate requirements for a multinational insurance platform and translate them into implementation-ready specifications.

The role demands at least 5 years in business analysis, strong documentation, facilitation, and ability to drive Agile delivery. Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and Microsoft Copilot is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BA/functional analysis experience.
• Experience gathering, refining, and documenting requirements.
• Ability to translate complex processes into implementation-ready specifications for software teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, product, and technology teams to elicit requirements and workflows for the multinational insurance platform.
• Refine high-level requirements into detailed business and functional specifications for development.
• Define data requirements, validations, and acceptance criteria for solutions.
• Create AI-assisted and Copilot-enabled specifications and wireframes for implementation.
