The role focuses on Automotive and Industrial sectors, including developing strategies, identifying new customers, and supporting sales efforts.

Responsibilities include technical sales support, budgeting, forecasting, and regular travel to nurture client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or equivalent technical expertise.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales of technical products (electrical insulation or related materials).
• Proven ability to develop new business and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical sales support to existing clients, fostering strong relationships and arranging customer visits.
• Identify and secure new customers by promoting our Electrical Insulation/Potting Resins range within designated geographical areas.
• Drive market development for encapsulation resins (potting), gap fillers, and TIM, focusing on Automotive and Industrial sectors.
• Contribute to sales strategy and action plans.
• Assist in creating sales budgets and forecast future opportunities.
• Deliver reports on activities and pipeline status.
• Conduct market analyses and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with departments to manage projects through all phases.
• Lead commercial negotiations aligned with company guidelines.
• Support and monitor partners' activities and travel to maintain relationships.
