BairesDev is seeking a Client Engagement Executive to drive new business by contacting Leads and converting them into Clients. The role requires traveling and close collaboration with a team of executives, with remote work possibilities and leadership opportunities for top performers.

Responsibilities include handling inbound leads, prospecting via calls and emails, presenting to clients, and delivering regular sales/financial reports.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years B2B field sales experience targeting US clientele.
• Proven track record of closing deals and developing long-term client relationships.
• Experience hunting new clients, cold calling and closing deals.
• Must be located in San Francisco or New York.
• Experience selling staff augmentation services (on-site or off-shore).

Responsabilidades

• Respond quickly and efficiently to a high volume of inbound leads.
• Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking and social media.
• Effectively present our company to potential clients through remote and in-person meetings.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
