Job summary
BairesDev is seeking a Client Engagement Executive to drive growth by identifying and converting leads into long-term clients. Based in San Francisco or New York, you will manage inbound inquiries, pursue new opportunities, and present our outsourcing solutions to a global client base.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years B2B field sales experience targeting US clientele.
- Proven results closing deals and building long-term client relationships.
- Experience hunting new clients, cold calling and closing deals.
- Knowledge of marketing and negotiation techniques.
- Experience selling staff augmentation services (on-site or off-shore).
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to a high volume of inbound leads.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities via cold calling, emails, networking and social media.
- Present the company to potential clients in remote and in-person meetings.
- Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
