Directive Consulting is a leading B2B marketing agency seeking a Paid Strategist to manage client Paid Media programs across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You will lead multiple mid-market to enterprise accounts, craft quarterly strategies, and drive ROI through data-driven optimization.

You will work remotely in the US, collaborating with vendors and clients, and communicate results to stakeholders while advancing growth across technology, industrial, and services sectors.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency.
• Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting.
• Deep expertise in paid search and paid social advertising.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Mansioni

• Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts.
• Serve as direct support to client contacts.
• Weekly communication with vendors and partners to align tasks and quality.
• Drive referrals via client relationships and networks.
• Build strategies for clients each quarter.
• Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid campaigns across channels.
• Understand client positioning and unique value propositions.
• Ensure accurate lead routing within a CRM.
• Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns.
• Execute and optimize PPC across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
