Biller Genie in Orlando, FL seeks a Senior Account Manager to own complex subscriber relationships from first call to full quote-to-cash configuration. You will map revenue cycles, configure solutions, and attach payment options, delivering immediate, measurable results in a high-velocity environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS or fintech account management, proven phone-based closings, and deep GAAP awareness.

Qualifications

5+ years of advanced account management experience in B2B SaaS/fintech/payments.
Proven track record of phone-based consultative sales in a high-volume environment.
Experience implementing and configuring B2B software for small to mid-sized businesses.

Responsibilities

Own a book of new subscribers from first call through full quote-to-cash configuration.
Lead implementation calls across quoting, invoicing, payments, collections, and reconciliation.
Conduct deep discovery of revenue cycles to tailor solutions and drive ROI.
Configure tailored solutions independently with appropriate features and workflow changes.
Sell and attach Biller Genie payment solutions to grow revenue per account.
Train subscribers and teams, drive feature adoption and measurable results.
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and keep Salesforce up to date.
