Franklin Mountain Packaging is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive new business growth and expand our customer base across key markets. This is a results-driven, B2B sales role where you will prospect, open doors, develop relationships, and close profitable business.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in corrugated packaging or related industries, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a hunter mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales with revenue growth.
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close large B2B opportunities.
• Experience in corrugated packaging or related industries preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop high-value new business opportunities.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities.
• Develop relationships with procurement, supply chain, operations, and leadership.
• Lead pricing discussions, RFQs, RFPs, and negotiations.
• Grow existing accounts across products, programs, locations.
• Maintain accurate CRM and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Travel as needed to pursue opportunities.
