Job summary

Crypto.com/OG Broker is seeking a Business Operations Manager or Director to own and scale B2B client onboarding, contract listing, and partnerships operations. You will lead onboarding, coordinate with legal, compliance, and tech, and improve workflows for a regulated market.

You will manage onboarding bottlenecks, build playbooks, and report KPIs to leadership. The role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and experience with institutional clients in fintech and crypto

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, onboarding, or strategic operations in fintech or regulated markets.
• Experience with institutional clients, onboarding, and program rollouts is highly valued.
• Ability to navigate NFA/CFTC-like environments and manage complex stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end B2B client onboarding, from engagement to go-live and integration.
• Serve as primary operational contact for institutional clients and partners.
• Coordinate contract listing, account setup, credentialing, and related processes with legal, compliance, product, and tech.
