Crypto.com seeks a Business Operations Manager/Director to own and scale B2B onboarding, contract listing, and partnership operations for institutional clients. The role sits at the intersection of commercial, legal, compliance, product, and technology.

You will lead client onboarding, automate workflows, and act as a trusted strategic partner to B2B clients, driving measurable improvements in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, onboarding, or strategic operations in fintech or regulated markets.
• Experience with institutional client onboarding and multi-stakeholder rollouts.
• Experience with CFTC-regulated entities or exchanges is highly valued.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end B2B client onboarding from initial engagement through go-live.
• Serve as primary operational contact for institutional clients (brokers, FCMs, IBs).
• Coordinate contract listing, account setup, credentialing with legal/product teams.
• Identify bottlenecks, design pragmatic solutions, drive implementation.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, SLAs, escalation paths, and readiness materials.
• Track onboarding pipeline, client health, risks, and KPIs; report to leadership.
• Represent OG.com in client discussions, including negotiations and issue resolution.
• Lead cross-functional special projects translating objectives into plans.
