Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end B2B client onboarding, from engagement to go-live.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for institutional clients (brokers, FCMs, IBs).
• Coordinate contract listing, account setup, credentialing with legal, compliance, product and tech.
• Identify onboarding bottlenecks and implement pragmatic solutions, driving execution.
