Crypto.com/OG Broker is seeking a Business Operations Manager/Director in a hybrid Chicago-based role. You will own end-to-end B2B client onboarding, contract listing, and partner operations to drive efficient launches for institutional clients.

Develop scalable workflows, playbooks, and KPIs while coordinating with legal, compliance, product, and technology teams. You should thrive in a regulated fintech environment and lead cross-functional initiatives with sound judgment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, onboarding, or strategic operations.
• Experience with fintech or regulated financial markets is highly valued.
• Ability to diagnose problems, structure ambiguity, and redesign systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end B2B client onboarding from engagement to go-live.
• Serve as primary operational contact for institutional clients (brokers, FCMs, IBs).
• Coordinate contract listing, account setup, credentialing with legal, compliance, product, and tech.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive practical solutions from recommendation to implementation.
• Develop and maintain operational playbooks, SLAs, and client readiness materials.
• Track onboarding pipeline, client health, risks, and KPIs for leadership.
