Youll lead institutional client onboarding, strengthen and automate operational workflows, and serve as a trusted strategic partner to B2B clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable solving ambiguous problems, pushing back with judgment and diplomacy, and driving measurable process improvements across a highly regulated business.
