Job summary

Randd UK, part of the K3 Advisory Group, is expanding its sales function and seeks a Senior Business Development Executive to prospect and approach potential new business clients across the UK, discuss R&D projects and expenditure, and set up face-to-face meetings for the Business Development Managers.

You will receive full training on the R&D Tax Credit scheme and play a key role in accelerating growth by identifying and securing new opportunities. Flexible hybrid/remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or lead generation is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients.
• Work from our comprehensive inhouse CRM system.
• Arrange appointments for our BDMs who have expressed interest.
• Deliver top-notch service with empathy, diligence, and speed, ensuring an impeccable customer experience.
