Qualifications

• Previous experience in business development, B2B sales, or client relationship management roles.
• Proven ability to drive revenue through strategic networking and referral partnerships.
• Demonstrated success leading high-level sales conversations with executives and key stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior sales professionals strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and relationship management expertise.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and virtual communication platforms.
• A background in consulting, financial services, or professional services is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop new clients and referral sources.
• Educate CPAs, business owners, and C-level executives.
• Sell our client's services to end-clients, CPAs and accountants, industry organizations, and more.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning client proposals and solutions.
• Engage in sales and marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our client's value creation.
• Effectively enter and manage CRM data to ensure proper business management.
• Forecast expected business results on a monthly basis.
• Support the growth objectives of multiple practices.
• Travel as needed.
