Job summary

The Sage Group is seeking a Senior B2B Developer Community Program Manager to lead and scale our programs that connect engaged users, developers, and enterprise practitioners with Claude. You will build processes, tooling, and documentation to ensure quality as programs grow, and manage online spaces such as Discord and Reddit while coordinating with product teams for real-world feedback signals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience managing a developer community programs and an enterprise/B2B customer community programs.
• Experience building operational systems for a community or customer program.
• Experience running structured feedback, beta, or user testing cycles with external participants.
• Experience managing or moderating an online community on platforms like Discord, Reddit, Slack, or a forum.
• Experience working directly with product or research teams to route user feedback into roadmaps.
• Strong written communication skills; synthesize input into clear summaries.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations of our community member programs (applications, onboarding, communications, recognition).
• Build processes, tooling, automation, and documentation to scale programs.
• Manage presence in online spaces (Discord, Reddit); surface member feedback and respond.
• Stand up structured product feedback motions and recruit readout groups.
• Recruit and match community members to product feedback opportunities.
• Design and run feedback collection (forms, threads, live sessions) and synthesize results.
• Partner with product, research, and marketing to manage feedback intake and close the loop.
• Track program health and feedback impact; report participation and outcomes.
