Job summary

Sage is seeking a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and scale its B2B affiliate program across the US and Canada in a hybrid role. You will recruit and grow strategic partners, set the affiliate strategy, and drive high-quality leads and revenue with support from an agency and cross-functional teams.

You will manage campaigns, tracking, and performance analytics, delivering ROI improvements and pipeline growth while aligning with Marketing and Sales priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in affiliate marketing or partner programs with direct program responsibility.
• Experience growing B2B affiliate or partner programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Sage's B2B affiliate marketing program across the US and Canada.
• Develop the affiliate channel strategy and growth opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, and grow a strategic network of affiliate partners and platforms.
• Negotiate commissions and incentive programs; conduct regular reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, MarTech, and Web teams to align initiatives.
• Monitor tracking, attribution, reporting, and compliance across affiliate activities.
• Analyze performance data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
