Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Community Program Senior Analyst to lead global engagement initiatives, live/virtual events, and community activations. You’ll manage contests like Iron Viz, plan ongoing programs, and coordinate with Legal, Events, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure successful execution.

You’ll monitor metrics, translate engagement into insights, and drive program ROI while collaborating with cross-functional partners across regions.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, community engagement, or managing live/virtual events.
• At least 1 year of experience using Tableau, Excel, or similar analytics tools.
• Strong attention to detail to manage timelines, multi-step projects, event logistics, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Supports execution for global contests and product showcases, managing timelines, website updates, campaigns, prizes, and guidelines.
• Plan and execute ongoing engagement programs, virtual events, and community moments to keep the global data community active.
• Partner with Legal to set official rules and eligibility for programs, and coordinate speakers, judges, contestants, and events.
• Collaborate with Events, Marketing, and Product teams on rehearsals, main-stage sessions, and live broadcasts highlighting community talent.
• Identify and celebrate user-generated content from the community and integrate it into marketing to boost product adoption.
• Monitor participation metrics and engagement data to deliver insights and guide decision-making.
