Insight Global is seeking an AR/Collections Specialist to manage a large portfolio of 300-900 business clients, drive collections, resolve payment disputes, and maintain strong customer relationships.

The role focuses on high-value past-due accounts, complex reconciliations, collaboration with internal teams, and ensuring timely payment resolution. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling sensitive accounts and escalations.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of Accounts Receivable, Collections, Corporate Billing, or Accounts Payable experience in a B2B environment.
• Strong experience with account reconciliations, cash applications, and resolving payment discrepancies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing a high-volume portfolio of customers/accounts.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle escalations, difficult conversations, and complex billing issues professionally.
• Experience collaborating with multiple internal departments to resolve payment concerns.
• SAP and Salesforce experience preferred.
• Construction collections experience and mechanics lien knowledge are strong pluses.
