You will monitor aging and drive collections, reconcile accounts, apply payments, and maintain meticulous AR records while building strong relationships with customers. This role demands excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong AR and B2B collections experience.
• Experience managing a large, high-volume AR portfolio.
• B2B distribution/wholesale/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of aging, collections, reconciliations, and credit management.
• Excellent organization and detail-oriented with follow-through.
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Microsoft-based accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 800+ B2B customer accounts
• Monitor aging and prioritize collection of past-due invoices
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain consistent follow-up
• Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
• Accurately apply payments, credits, and adjustments
• Monitor customer credit limits and coordinate credit increases as needed
• Resolve unapplied payments, short payments, and account issues
• Maintain accurate AR records and account documentation

Qualifications

• Strong Accounts Receivable and B2B collections experience
• Experience independently managing a large, high-volume AR portfolio
• Distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, or similar B2B experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of aging, collections, reconciliations, and credit management
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with Microsoft-based accounting systems
